SAF Hospitality Group is a New York–based hospitality company founded by industry partners Steve Squitiro and Andrew Affa, bringing together a growing portfolio of restaurants, event spaces, and catering operations across Long Island. Built from years of hands-on experience in the restaurant and catering world, SAF focuses on creating concepts that are thoughtfully designed, operationally strong, and centered around genuine guest experience. Each venue is developed with its own identity while maintaining a consistent standard of quality, service, and attention to detail that defines the group as a whole.
